There is also six high quality reproductions headed towards the National Museum Of Crime And Punishment as teaser exhibit for the Real Machers.
The Ann Loeb Bronfman Gallery / Washington DCJCC has also set up a facebook page for the event for those inclined to make 'friends'.

Pat, I discovered your site by sheer accident and have been trying for ages to be able to contct you or leave a message. I'm new to the blogging scene!! Anyway, fantastic site, can't wait for the book and how I wish I lived in DC. Alas I reside in London and I do not think I will be able to make the trip. My fascination with the Jewish gangters started with the book Murder Inc, although I have from an early age loved TV prog like The Gangster Cronicles, The Godfather films and the rest. I started my own collection of Jewish gangster books & memorabillia as well as a general interest in the Sicilian & US Mafia. I find it amusing that not all my ancestors grew up to be dentists, doctors & rabbi's!! I am always on the look out for more good reads and collectables and it looks like your book will top the lot.
